Myron and Randi Davis started the JR Farms in 2015. The farm specializes in raising chickens, turkeys, ducks, rabbits, goats, quails and pigs.
JR Farms sell eggs, pigs, chickens and turkeys for meat. There will be 10 piglets available for sale on August 27, 2016. For more information, Myron and Randi attend the FFM every other week.
They would like to thank the Village of Farwell for having the Farmers’ Market.
Jan Suchowesky lives in Lake with her husband and numerous pets. She has always liked to make crafts and now that she’s retired, she spends more time on them. This is S&J Crafts fourth year at the Farwell Farmers’ Market and Jan has enjoyed meeting all the vendors and customers.
Jan repurposes old bowling balls by filling in the finger holes, sanding and painting them, then covering them with glass. These are beautiful in the sun and make wonderful “yard art”. She also makes many crocheted items, lighted glass jars, blocks, and snowmen. Special orders are available.
You can find her at the FFM every Saturday from 9a to 1p through September.
